NEW TARIFF for 2010

£250 per week

For 2010 we have decided to offer l'Oasis at a flat weekly rate of £250, for up to a maximum of 6 guests. You will need to provide your own bed linen, towels and tea towels, but other than that all of the facilities are covered by this charge, including electricity, water, and should you need it, wood for the stove. However, in order to keep our rates this low, we do ask all of our guests to ensure that l'Oasis is left clean and tidy at the end of their stay, including the emptying of all bins, and removal of perishable food from the fridge etc. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning charge of £25.
The Change Over day at l'Oasis is Tuesday morning, to take advantage of cheaper ferry rates. We do ask that guests vacate the property by 11am at the latest, returning any garden furniture etc to the garage and locking the house securely as instructed. Additionally, we ask that arrivals are not before 2pm, unless by prior arrangement.
