** There is a surcharge of £25/person/week where greater than 5 persons are staying together.

A £50 deposit is required to confirm a booking and this is refundable in the event of a cancellation, provided your booking week(s) can be successfully re-let. The balance is payable two weeks prior to departure and upon receipt you will be sent detailed directions etc. and a comprehensive guide to the property to ensure your stay is trouble-free.
Our prices are based upon guests' provision of bed linen, towels and T-towels. All the beds have duvets and pillows. Bedlinen can be provided locally at an extra charge - just let us know your requirements when confirming your booking.

Changeover Day
The Changeover Day in high season is Tuesday, especially chosen to minimise ferry costs. We can be flexible to suit your travel arrangements at all other times, just let us know your requirements. L'Oasis should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to allow for cleaning etc., unless by prior arrangement.
